First of all, sorry guys!!
I have been MIA for so long. I have been keeping really busy at work and i am so tired by the time i reach home that there is absolutely no motivation and energy to post. Today i am relatively free and i thought the best way to unwind is to connect with my lovely virtual friends.
You guys know how i am a loyal follower of Lakme Forever silk eyeliners and i have repurchased them so many times that i kind of got bored( Read: ran out of money). So i tried using a cheaper alternative from the same brand. Lakme eyeconic has been so popular ever since the day it was launched and many of my blogger friends swear by this. Lakme Eyeconic Kajal comes in a black and green packaging. One thing i hate about Forever Silk liners and love about this one is the retractable packaging. The tube is black in colour and the shade is absolutely matte jet black. The quantity is great for the price. I am a big drama girl when it comes to eyes and for me its either proper jet black lined eyes or nothing at all. I line my upper lashline and waterline with kajal. I have not experienced any allergies or redness when using this on waterline. The texture is obviously not as smooth as forever silk ones but soft enough (P.S. i think forever silk eyeliners have ruined me totally). . It gives a very soft smudged look. It stays on my eyes all day long and can be easily removed with remover.
Overall, A very good kajal and eyeliner for the price. It is jet black, matte and stays all day long. It gives a very smokey look to the eyes and can be smudged easily if you like that kind of look. Perfect for lining the eyes and safe for waterline. I might just switch but its too soon to tell 😛
