As far as i remember, there has not been one day since thr last 2 years when i am not in search of that perfect Kajal for my waterline. I do not apply liner on my lower lashline and have always loved an intense black waterline. I have definitely seen some amazing kajals or liners which give that intense black colour on waterline.
