There are some key learnings from every chapter and this book is a great example of how you should keep a control over your mind and never let the outside difficulties affect your inner peaceWhether

It is important to read it slowly and carefully to enable the book to make maximum impact on your life. It also teaches you that meditation is a way of life and it should be practiced not just for a few minutes in a day but every second of every day. Meditation is basically having control over your mind and not letting it wander. This book wonderfully teaches its readers that competition with self is more important than competing with others. In the 280 pages that this book has, every page has something to offer and this is what makes this book an exceptional read.

The book also redefines the way you look at the positive things in life and use them to get ahead in life.
